Check-in time?

As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 11 a.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in we will do our best to have your room available.

Check-out time?

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 9am. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we will our best to satisfy your needs.

Is Reception open 24 hours?

We don’t have a traditional reception open 24 hours. However, we are available to assist you throughout your stay. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can ensure a smooth check-in

Which languages are spoken at Reception?

While we don’t have a formal reception desk, we can communicate with you in English and Sinhala. Feel free to contact us directly for any assistance you may need.

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out after .We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

Internet connection?

A wireless internet connection is available throughout the Premise.

Our homestay offers a high-speed SLT fiber connection with up to 300 Mbps.

Guests enjoy unlimited access to Zoom, Meet, Teams, SLT-MOBITEL Linked, and more.

Additionally, there’s free data usage from 12 midnight to 7 am daily.

During the day, we provide 10GB of high-speed data, with speeds reducing to 1 Mbps thereafter.
